What's Happening This Month???

Project:  My project this month is to chalkboard paint my pantry door...finally!

Reading:  "Own Your Life" by Sally Clarkson

Something Fun w/ The Kiddos:  The kiddos and I will be headed to the aquarium with some good friends this month so we can get the winter wiggles out!

Something Fun w/ The Hubs: Hubs and I are going to spend a wintery afternoon this month in the warmth of Barnes & Noble, perusing the pages, finding a book to read together, and playing card-games over coffee. Sound perfect to me!

Mini-Goal of the Month: Cut WAY down on sugar intake...make it a game to see how many meals and snacks I can create with little to no added sugar.

Recipes to Try:

So, what are your goals this month? I'd love to hear them!

See, I am doing a new thing. Now it springs up, do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. ~Isaiah 43:19

  2. Love the B&N idea! We just got a new deck of cards to play around with for days that we are snowed in!

  3. Wow, you're so organized!! Already have goals for the hubby, kids, projects... my goals are more like SURVIVE! Haha! I have thought about chalk-board painting my pantry door too so I can't wait to see how yours comes out. {You can be my test run.} I also love the B&N idea. When I was in college, one of my best friends and I used to go there to "study" but we ended up reading the magazines, reading a book, drinking Starbucks... anything to put off the studying! But it was always a nice change of scenery :) Happy new year! Glad to have found your blog!
